PT. Hana Master Jaya (HMJ) is an established Indonesian EMS company, specializing in manufacturing of auto insert, Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Process, printed circuit boards (PCB) assembly, transformer assembly and metal stamping for the electronic industry. The company has been active in this market since 1996. HMJ manufactures, tests, and distributes electronic assemblies for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Due to a commitment to providing high quality results, HMJ today is the market leader in Indonesian EMS company, and have been since have become the important production center for the industry.
HMJ’s EMS supports outsourcing for all/some manufacturing of OEM, and procurement for required components is sourced globally. Basically, HMJ can provide one-stop service by procuring components from global source, manufacturing it into PCBA/Finishes Goods, and ship out to destination. Our trading and logistic business is integrated in.

The complete vertical integration for manufacturing critical wiring harness components like wires, connectors, terminals, grommets, junction boxes, relay boxes, protectors etc., enables Hana Master Jaya to provide quality products with reduced time to market. The capability of designing and manufacturing of jigs, fixtures, applicators, circuit checking & assembly boards, supported by high quality facilities for wiring harness & component testing, makes the company a full system solutions provider.
Power Transformer Assembly
Hana Master produces custom transformers and similar wire wound electrical parts. The markets served are primarily medical, military, and instrumentation, but we are also able to custom design and build our products for virtually any application.
